Post-college Water Polo in CT?

Hello,

I have been searching for a long time online on how to get back involved in Water Polo. I am 23 years old and had played Water Polo in college before I had to stop due to medical reasons. Now I am feeling better and I would really like to get back involved with water polo.

I have not been having any luck in finding a water polo club that I am eligable to join, most college clubs/teams require the athlete to be a student enrolled in the college. I am not looking for a super competitive team, I need to get back into the swing of things.

Hopefully someone can lend a helping hand, or point me in the right direction of some contacts.

I am located in Trumbull, CT which is next to Bridgeport/New Haven/Fairfield area, and I am looking for something with not a hefty commute.

If anyone has any information please let me know, or I may have to settle for a Master's swim program

Check with the Wilton and Greenwich YMCA's. They both have very robust programs. Also try the coach of Connecticut College, JJ Addison. He often has open mens training available.

Looks like Wilton is 18 and under but I was planning on contacting the coach anyway to get a start.

Greenwich also looks promising.

Thanks for the recommendation on the CC coach, and all the suggestions in general it is a perfect start and should get me on the way to finding something good for me!
